Not Receiving Trinity Emails?
If you're not receiving Trinity's Cross Currents, Messenger, or other church emails, don't worry! Most email providers automatically filter messages they think might be promotional or spam. The good news is that it's usually easy to fix.
Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
If you find a Trinity email there:
Gmail: Open the message and click "Report not spam."
Outlook: Select the message and choose "Not Junk."
Yahoo: Select the message and click "Not Spam."
Apple Mail: Move the message from Junk to your Inbox.
Step 2: Add Trinity to Your Contacts
Adding info@trinluth.org to your contacts tells your email provider that you want to receive our messages.
Step 3: Gmail Users
Sometimes Gmail places newsletters in the Promotions tab instead of your Primary Inbox.
To receive Trinity emails in your Primary inbox:
Open the Promotions tab.
Drag a Trinity email into the Primary tab.
When Gmail asks if you'd like to do this for future messages, click Yes.
Step 4: Outlook Users
Add info@trinluth.org to your Safe Senders list.
New Outlook & Outlook on the Web
Open Settings (⚙️).
Select Mail > Junk Email.
Under Safe senders and domains, add info@trinluth.org.
Save your changes.
Step 5: Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad & Mac)
If a Trinity email appears in Junk:
Open the message.
Tap or click Move to Inbox.
Add info@trinluth.org to your Contacts if you haven't already.
Still Not Receiving Our Emails?
Some work, school, or healthcare email systems block newsletters before they ever reach your inbox. If you're using one of those email addresses, consider subscribing with a personal email account instead.
If you're still having trouble, we'd be happy to help! Contact the church office AT (309) 828-6265 and we'll work with you to make sure you're receiving Trinity communications.
