TRINITY LUTHERAN FAMILY REUNION & IMMEASURABLY MORE KICK-OFF

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.

SLIDES FROM THE TRINITY FAMILY REUNION AND IMMEASURABLY MORE CAMPAIGN KICK-OFF
THAT TOOK PLACE SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2021

Thanks to the generosity of the Trinity Lutheran family through the Building on the Cornerstone campaign and thus far in the Immeasurably More campaign, campaign co-chairs, Mark and Laura Kosinski, announced Sunday that Trinity Lutheran has pledged more than $5.1 million towards the dream of unifying the church and school on the Hamilton road site!

Two hundred Trinity Lutheran family members gathered at the DoubleTree Hotel on Sunday, September 26th. Speakers, including Trinity’s Senior Pastor Billy Newell, Pastor Emeritus Tom Wirsing, and our congregation president, Scott Lage, talked about where we BEGAN as a congregation, where we are NOW, thanks to the faith of those who came before us, and what we imagine CAN BE as we begin our Immeasurably More Capital Campaign. Director of Family Life Ministry, Mary Bloebaum, led us in devotions and reminded us that our "God Is Able"! While we were challenged by David Wilcox in a touching testimonial of faith and growth.

“God has used the people of Trinity Lutheran to accomplish amazing things in the past, and He is calling us to carry on this legacy for future generations,” said Pastor Billy. “I cannot wait to see how God continues to do immeasurably more in and through us as we journey forward together.”

During the initial “silent” phase of fundraising of the Immeasurably More campaign, just 10% of Trinity members have committed more than $2.28 million towards its $8.5 million goal.

Campaign co-chairs, Casey and Maribeth Lartz, explained that this campaign actually has two goals – the financial goal AND the goal to visit each and every Trinity family. “For me this campaign is Immeasurably More than brick and mortar,” said Casey. “It’s about people. It’s connecting with each other and it’s connecting with God. It’s about unifying together under the Lordship of Jesus Christ and reaching the next generation.”

Our time together was filled with fun - cheers, testimonials, songs & some surprises as Master of Ceremonies, Pastor David, gave out several “awards”!
To date, 154 Trinity Lutheran families or households have already been visited! Maribeth and Casey encourage us all to accept the invitation for a visit when you are called. “You will be blessed Immeasurably More than you can ask or imagine.”
