Pastoral Counseling

Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.
— Proverbs 22:6

Pastoral counseling provides a scriptural approach to working through major issues in life such as health concerns, marriage or family issues, end-of-life cares, emotional or spiritual concerns of many kinds.

Our pastors are happy to meet with anyone who needs our assistance. We are happy to listen, help break down life’s problems into manageable pieces, provide encouragement through scripture, recommend an approach for long-term peace, and pray with and for you.

We may refer you to Lutheran Child and Family Services for additional assistance.

Pastoral counseling is not a substitute for the professional services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, or licensed counselor. If more extensive care is needed, we will be happy to refer you to an appropriate professional in the Bloomington-Normal area.
