With the end of the school year approaching it’s time for a BIG FINAL PUSH for scrip for the remainder of the year. There will be 1 more Monday to order scrip—Monday May 21. Cash and carry will be sold on Monday, Thursday and Friday of next week.
Next week will be the last week for preschool and pre-k classes.

This is a reminder to all families who have been paying their tuition on the 10-month plan… THERE IS A JUNE PAYMENT DUE.
If you pay your tuition via ACH DIRECT DEBIT, remember to cancel this transaction after your June payment has been posted on Fast Direct or no later than June 25. If you do not personally cancel the transaction in June, the payment will continue to be withdrawn in July. You will have opportunity to sign up again next school year for ACH debit in August. If you have questions please contact Mrs. Ogden on Mondays.
There will be a discount for paying your tuition balance in full this summer. The discount will be 3% if paid in full by June 29,2012. Learn more >
Attention 2012/13 7th & 8th Grade Parents By now you should have received a letter at home outlining important confirmation dates. If you have not received a letter yet, please email Sandra Underwood, or call 309-834-3207.
There are only 6 hot lunches left for the school year. Please check your hot lunch account balance on Fast Direct and plan accordingly with lunch deposits. All lunch accounts must paid in full by the last day of school or your child will not receive a report card.
If you have sent any medicine to the office for your children during the school year please stop by the office and pick it up by the last day of school.
Email - We will be putting summer newsletters online again this year. You will be notified by a Fast Direct email when the newsletters are posted on the website. Be sure that all your information in Fast Direct is accurate.
Everyone will receive a registration mailing in early August. This will include your registration bill as well as information on forms that will need to be turned in prior to registration in August.

EARLY CHILDHOOD REGISTRATION

Early Childhood registration has begun—some classes are full or getting close to full. Be sure to send in your enrollment form if you with to register a student in PS, PK or kindergarten Contact Laura Busse at 834- 3229 if you have questions.
