In April, your Building Committee has made major progress with contractor and architect outreach. This April update will outline our progress and anticipated next steps.
In March the Building Committee conducted interviews with four contractor/architect partnerships to lead and assist Trinity Lutheran through the Master Planning and Construction of the new church facility. After review of the interviews, conversations within the committee and time spent in prayer, the building committee was able to narrow down the best possible partnership to work with Trinity Lutheran. During a special voters meeting held on May 5, 2018 the voters approved a contractor/architect partnership recommended by the building committee. We are continuing to move forward toward our next steps as outlined below.
Timeline for Next Steps
May 2018 – Establish relationship with selected partnership
Late May 2018 – Begin process of Master Planning. (Process could take 3-4 months to complete)
September 2018 – Finish up Master Planning
