The Hamilton Road Facilities Building Committee has reconvened for the next stage in our new church building plan. During the May 22 Voters meeting, the congregation approved the engagement of PJ Hoerr Construction and BLDD Architects to conduct a site survey of the Hamilton Road property and develop a detailed site and building design.

The Committee is currently working with the design-build team from BLDD and PJ Hoerr to create the building design and will simultaneously develop a budget and financing plan to present to the congregation at the September Voters meeting. After the design, budget and financing plan are approved, construction will move forward and this committee will oversee that process as well.

To provide perspective of where we are in the journey:

  • The congregation voted in February 2017 to relocate our worship facility to the Hamilton Road property.

  • Our Building on the Cornerstone Capital Campaign commenced in September 2018.

The committee consists of Kirk Fuemmeler, Laura Kosinski, Scott Lage, Chris Meece, and Scott Weaver with advisory members Pastor Billy and Andy Scott. The committee met for the first time May 28. Subcommittees will be formed as necessary. This phase is expected to take 3-4 months to complete. Please pray for wisdom and guidance for the committee as they commence this work and lead us into the next phase of our building process.
